Villa de Oquendo is located in a beautiful upscale Las Vegas residential neighborhood. A very famous singer and boxer live just a few blocks from our home. Our home is very convenient to the Las Vegas strip, the airport, convention centers and all the Las Vegas attractions. A ride on city streets will take you less than 10 minutes to these attractions. Just 20 minutes on local streets and you can be in the downtown area for The Freemont Street Experience and all the downtown casinos.
Villa de Oquendo is in the center of 100's of large lot (1 acre plus) custom homes. We are bordered by a gated community on one side and larger and older custom homes on the other side. We have included a few pictures of our neighbors homes to give you an idea of the area that you will be vacationing. Enjoy your stay at Villa de Oquendo.
