There are 2 price schedules for Villa de Oquendo.
2008 & 2009 rates are also available upon request. Please inquire regarding New Years Week. Pricing does not include day parties, weddings, etc. Some additional charges may apply for number of guests, storage, excessive garbage removal and cleanup.
Special sponsored parties may be held on some weekends when major sporting events are being held or special contests and tournaments. Please inquire about these special weekends.
NOTE: All 3, 4, 7 day holiday weekends / weeks and some special convention weeks are priced in schedule 3. New Years Week is excluded.
All Barter rentals are priced as price schedule 3 regardless of time requested.
FOLLOWING RATES ARE BASED ON 12 ADULTS OR LESS (Let us know what your needs are and we will give you special pricing)...of coarse children are always welcome!!!

HOME IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR MORE THAN A 2 MONTH PERIOD
PROMOTION RENTAL: When available we have a BUSINESSMANS promotional rate with some restrictions. Promotional rate is available Sunday thru Thursday with a 4 nite minimum. The rate is 499 per nite, may NOT include a Friday or Saturday. Additional guidelines are no day parties, no children, a maximum of 8 over night guests and payment with a business check.
Rental periods shown are for nights used. Check in/out times may be altered based on the needs of the guests. Minimum rental charge is 3 days. Normal check in is after 3:00 p.m. on 1st day listed. Check out would be before 11:00 a.m. on the day following the last evening listed.
A rental deposit is required for a reservation. The amount of deposit will vary depending on the length of the rental period, normally 25%.
REFUND and CANCELLATION POLICY....
A REFUND will be given under the following circumstances; 85% of the RENTAL DEPOSIT will be refunded if a 60-calendar day or more written notice of cancellation is given. Email will be an acceptable form of notification. Return receipted mail must be sent to the owner or the property management company.
100% of the SECURITY DEPOSIT will be refunded if rental is cancelled prior to any use. If rents have not been paid, cancellation charges will be deducted from the rental deposit.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Maid service will be provided prior and after your rental, however, the costis not include in the above rates. Additional services such as extra maid service, babysitting, driver and cooking can be provided at an additional cost depending on the needs of the guest.
